Established with a vision to enhance the lives of Tanzanian communities, TCS focuses on providing better access to health services and overall community support.

Tanzania Community Support Organization (TCS): A Decade of Empowerment and Change

Since its inception in 2018, the Tanzania Community Support Organization (TCS) has been dedicated to addressing the multifaceted needs of Tanzanian communities. Registered in January 2022, TCS has focused on supporting various vulnerable groups, including women living with HIV/AIDS, women with disabilities, and female sex workers, among others. Over the next decade, TCS is committed to reaching and uplifting 2,000,000 individuals across these groups. Our vision is to create a more equitable and supportive environment by tackling health, nutritional, and economic challenges head-on.

Health and Wellbeing

In Tanzania, TB and HIV co-infection remains a significant concern, with 31% of TB cases also involving HIV - National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Programme, 2017. Economic Empowerment

Poverty remains a critical issue, with 383 million women and girls living on less than USD 1.90 a day globally TCS is committed to offering income-generating activities and financial support to help break the cycle of poverty and provide sustainable livelihoods. https://www.google.com/

Support for Women with Disabilities

TCS will advocate for and provide specialized support to women with disabilities, ensuring they have equal opportunities and access to necessary services. Through these targeted efforts, TCS will work tirelessly to make a tangible difference in the lives of 2,000,000 individuals, creating lasting impacts on health, nutrition, and economic stability. By fostering a supportive and inclusive community, we aim to contribute to a healthier, more equitable Tanzania.
